Yield Group

Yield Group has many different approaches with OWIS


As a company offering services in sales, marketing and business development, we have many different approaches for every client. For example, a Swiss governmental agency has different requests than an international petroleum company which we work for. Owis has helped us to structure these activities internally, but also gave us the opportunity to be more efficient in acquisition and administration of every client. Even linking it with our office in The Netherland was no problem. Where in the past we were preparing reports manually, now we do it by a few clicks. For almost a year, Owis is working for all our operational activities, this year the goal is to involve our clients through a web application, so we can exchange information directly. Our previous experiences with other software vendors were that every change is time consuming and also difficult to implement. We were surprised with the short time needed for this in Owis. This is why we are not worried for these changes; since the Orka team showed us several times that they are able to understand our needs as a client and to implement changes in a short time, without disturbing us in our regular work.
